What are your guys’ favorite ways to take care of yourself? How do you do it when things are hard / hectic / busy?
In the past year or so I have had a lot of growth with my mental, spiritual, and physical wellness and I am very proud of the progress I have made because overall I am happier. However, how do I combine this growth and balance friends who may no longer be on the same page as me? I love my friends and I want to stay friends with them but it seems like our priorities are no longer aligned. Trying to balance my social wellness with my new wellness from the other dimensions. Love you guys!
Do you guys use any shroom extracts like lions mane and such? Do you guys think micro-dosing on non hallucinogenic mushrooms would be a good idea?
I’m just about to move in with my bf and I’m an ambivert. I’m really scared about not getting my space whenever I please when we move in together. Since you guys already live with your partners, how do you find time to yourself?
Would love any advice/tips on self-discipline and accountability when it comes to goals, new habits, lifestyle changes etc. Having a really hard time staying motivated and forcing myself to keep with things.
